Children over 3years old are charged; children under 3years old are not admitted. Elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a person of junior high school age or older (no visitors of elementary school age or younger alone). Wheelchair users must contact us in advance after purchasing a "First-Class Chair Seat" ticket. Dinosaurs may change depending on the performance. No refunds except for cancelled performances. In case of rain or strong wind, the performance may be changed. In this case, ticket price is non-refundable. Tokyo National Museum closes at 19:00 and opens for the Grand Night Tour at 19:30.These tickets are for overseas customers.The ticket will be in Japanese, but this will not interfere with admission. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Please pick up your ticket(s) at Seven-Eleven stores in Japan. You can pick up your ticket at Seven-Eleven stores from September 24 (Tue) 2024, 10:00AM(JST). For purchases made after 3 days prior to the performance date, immediate pick-up is available.
